The word Adinkra means to say good bye to one another. See http://www.du.edu/duma/africloth/adinkra.fieldnotes.html This is an old Adinkra Symbol from Ghana. It reflects the teeth and the tongue, and symbolises the human need for Friendship and Interdependence.
